Upon arrival, we were greeted with a warm welcome from the attentive staff. the stunning lobby area had a modern and elegant design with plush furnishings, which set the tone for this luxurious hotel. Our room boasted exclusive amenities, such as the comfortable king-sized bed and impressive city views. the Spa & wellness centre was first-class, boasting an indoor swimming pool, sauna, Turkish bath, and garden area. We enjoyed delicious meals at the hotel's restaurant and sipped on signature cocktails in the bar/lounge area.
Although the overall experience at this hotel was exceptional, the only minor issue we faced was a slight delay in luggage delivery. the staff was quick to resolve the issue and provided excellent service.
